FC Lag

We are currently experiencing lag and service quality issues with EA Sports FC games using all platforms , despite having stable in-game latency of approximately 34–35 ms to the Istanbul Local Zone.

The latency/ping shown inside the game remains stable, with no significant increase or fluctuation. However, users are still experiencing noticeable lag during gameplay, which suggests that the issue may not be related to the network RTT alone.

Could you please support us in investigating this issue and check whether there are any issues or limitations related to the EA FC gaming services, server-side connectivity, routing, or the Istanbul Local Zone that could be causing this behavior?
