FC Playstation Tournament no pairing

I was playing a FC Playstation Tournament and when I get to the semifinals, I was waiting for my ride to win his match when the rival one I was waiting on the screen that says waiting for the arrival, but when the counter goes to zero, the gang take me out the screen and I went directly to the start and it says I get that third place when I was literally waiting for the arrival on the rival dating appears he won the game without even getting into the game so I don’t know how that can be fixed cause I was supposed to be on the final, but it didn’t happened.
