FC points failed but still got money deducted from my card

Hey guys can anyone help, i bought 12000 FC 26 points on PC 24 hours ago and it said failed, but at the same time took the money from my card, i have checked it on my order history, and it says failed. So basically what i want to ask is can anyone give me the link or exact mail i can write to EA so they refund me or just send me those points or something like that. I have all the proofs i need to get it to them.
