FC points missing!

I bought the FC 26 ultimate edition a while ago and I only received 1500 FC points and I don't know what happened to the rest of them. When I bought it the game was supposed to come with 6000 points and I only received 1500 when I entered the game for the first time. I need a solution to this issue I dont know if this was an error or if I have to claim them somewhere else. (I play on Nintendo Switch) Please help! 😓
