Fc points not showing on my account

Hello EA and chat i just got 2 redeem codes each for 2800 fc points, i redeemed them and everything was going smoothly and it said redeemed successfully but the points did not show on my account and ...

    Maybe this is a silly question, but could you double check that the points were for FC 26, and not FC 25? If you redeemed and play on the EA app, that's typically the most likely reason you didn't get your points.
