FC POINTS STUCK IN FC 25

I bought EA PLAY PRO to get full pre order bonus + the early access starting SEPT 18th.
When I logged in to FC 26 Ultimate team the first time, the Pop-up message told me if I wanted to transfer my FC points from FC 25 to FC 26 and I Accepted, but it only transferred 50 points out of the 1650 I had, because I didn't log to FC 25 for a while so it did not update the new amount I have (1650points).
When I contacted the support they told me to wait 2-3 days and re contact them while they work on a solution and I was not the only one who had this problem.
3 days later, I contacted the support again, waited for 2 hours for my turn and the agent told me there was no solution,  you need to buy other coins and FC26, I will report the first agent and ended the discussion. I re queued to get a new agent, 1 hour later they told me to post the problem here and wait for help...
