Fc26 corrupt

When I play fc26 in co op season ps5, it's telling me game is corrupt, can't choose a team but when I do select for example Manchester city it goes straight to Liverpool & my invite friend goes to another team can't invite him, I have uninstalled fc26 twice, I also done re install data base in safe mode still no luck I can only play when my friends invite me to join co op season is there any other way I can resolve this issue.
