Win didn't count

I was playing the first game on champions,

Won 3-2 after extra time , and then after the match is over the win screen didn't show up and i got disconnected, and kicked out of ultimate team ( although my connection was fine )

Then when i enter UT again it shows up the dnf message and that i was disconnected 

Did these happen to any one else?? Like there has to be some kind of compensation its totally unacceptable
