FC26 icon

I pre-ordered FC26 on the 24th of August and I haven't gotten my icon something similar happened on FC25 last year and can you honestly please give me the icon because I'm genuinely pissed that I didn't get my icon because I was really excited to get it and I payed extra for ultimate edition to get it.
