Fc26 it's moving in slow motion and i can't play

I tried fixing it for 2 weeks and i didn't find a solution for this bug.Can you help me fix this bug so i can play?
I can show you proof.

Rivals lost connection to opponent
Eafc26 ,what a game.. Rivals can not ,find opponent and all the if find then lose connection to opponent. Wtf?! Looks like rivals rewards gone. Hope get conpensation 👍
