UNPLAYABLE ON PC lag freeze low fps low quality

on pc u cannot play. u load into any game mode even with lowest grappics settings and no other application open the game will act normal in the menus however as soon as u press start match even on  offline, u get instant f uck all fps and sh it quality. i left the game running on the menu for 2 hours, whilst i went out and nothing else open hoping it work, however guess what. the game still **bleep** lagged. the thing is the game is enjoyable and smooth when it wants to works fine but in the 30 hours i have spent on the game i think i have only gotten to play a solid 10 hours normally and the rest is menu or laggy **bleep**. PLEASE CAN SOME RE TARD AT EA READ THIS AND TELL ME HOW TO FIX. its clearly not a my pc problem when every other fifa worked perfectly fine and all other games like fortnite or gta work perfectly too. 

i bought the game on black friday and still think i over payed. god forbid u spend money on this **bleep** game.
