FC26 Manager Mode Freeze

I was playing career mode with Ajax and at the end of the season I got sacked. I would say that it was unjustified but whatever I was just going to take another job to keep the career mode alive. I encountered an issue though, no matter what job I’d take the team would have a bus parade then the game would freeze and id just get a straight black screen. I’ve tried restarting my game multiple times and I’ve tried turning off hold to skip setting so I could get through the cutscene faster but nothing has worked so far. Just super frustrated cause I’m pretty far into this save so if anyone else has encountered this and can help please let me know. Thanks in advance
