FC26 ON PC IS UNPLAYABLE!!!

 I bought FC 26 for the first time 5 days ago. This is my first time playing a FIFA franchise game after a long time not playing it back in ps3 . Honestly, I already had a bad impression of fc24, fc25, fc26, but thanks to some friends I decided to give it a try since the game was on sale on Steam — and I was right about my impressions because the game is unplayable. I play using a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller wire , and there is so much delay when i move my stick when i pass, when I play Pro Clubs in drop-in matches. I have good specs: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (Laptop, 95W), 15.6” Full HD (1920 x 1080), 144 Hz IPS display, 1TB SSD, and 16GB DDR4 RAM (I couldn’t find the exact model, but it’s close to this). I would really appreciate your help in fixing this issue. i really wish to play with my freinds at club pro but since it's so delayed and slow i can't even play proprely **bleep**!
