Please help I quick sell RONALDO ICON SWAP AND GULLIT 93 and I quick selled after them around 20 silver players and when I log into companion app I didn't find gullit and ronaldo , can you help me please

please ea help , icant find gullit 93 and ronaldo icon swap because of the bug in quick sell recovery , the bug in quick sell recovery it repeatedly show the same player , meaning it show an italian silver player in 2 pages while i sell this player once , so this bug make it almost impossible to search for ronaldo 94 and gullit 93 , and im sure they are in quick search recovery but because of this bug i cant find thim , so please ea help me restore these 2 players
