FC26 Online Input Lag Ruins Controller Play – Unplayable on PC

Online matches (Rivals, Champs, Seasons, Clubs, etc.) start somewhat normal for 1-2 minutes. Then massive input delay hits: 5-10 seconds (or more) lag. R2 sprint doesn’t respond, passes/shots fire 3-5 seconds late, defenders freeze and don’t turn – it’s like the controller is disconnected while playing.
