FC26, sprint uncontrolled, players pushing the ball too far forward

As the title says, players push the ball way too far forward when engaging in a sprint making it unable to sprint at all when the player is not completely open. This bug also only occurs when in game...

I have the same exact problem. I’ve missed countless challenges because my player keeps booting the ball forward, and it doesn’t matter how much composure my players have. I’ve spent too much money on this game for this to be a persistent issue and it needs to be foxed.
