FC 26 Unable to load information from the server

Anybody facing the ea server connection issue while logging to FC26 ultimate?

Seems llike servers are not reachable from AUS!

I'm not seeing any issues with the FC 26 servers right now, but I'll keep an eye on it just in case. In the meantime, I have some connection troubleshooting steps that I can share. Hopefully they'll help to solve your issue.

My son is also having trouble with the server connection. I have tried numerous things but no luck!

I would like to report a serious issue with FC 26 Ultimate Team – Division Rivals.

I was disconnected from 2 Division Rivals matches without quitting. I was winning both matches when I was suddenly disconnected, and both games were registered as DNF losses.

I did not quit either match, and my internet connection was still working. This caused me to lose two matches that I was winning and negatively affected my Rivals progress.

Could you please investigate these two matches and check whether the disconnects were caused by a server/game issue?

Platform: PS5
Mode: Ultimate Team – Division Rivals
Affected matches: 2
Issue: Unexpected disconnect + DNF loss while winning

Having the same issue, lost a draft match I was winning 2-0 because i got kicked out. horrible company man, always having issues.

Hello Anyone is Facing Logging issue in FC26 Ultimate Team ? Also it get frequently disconnected from last few hours.

Since a half an hour i couldn’t connect to the servers. When i try to reconnect the following message comes: ,,Unable to load information from the server. Please try again later.”
