Fc26 unable to play

I newly bought the fc26 and since I bought it have unable to play it, once it get to the team selection it freezes, I initially taught it’s my console but it appears that the console is fine but it’s the fc26 itself

I need a help on this as have unable to play and this makes my son worry

I bought the game on the 13th of January 2026

Hey there! Sorry to hear you’re running into issues on console. Which platform are you playing on exactly? If possible, could you test the game on a different profile/account on the same console to see if it behaves the same way? Also, please try the steps in this guide and let us know if it helps.
