Fc26 Xbox x not working

 I have EA play, and also purchased the ultimate edition, and I'm still not allowed access to play… When i get into the game it says I need to upgrade and gives me an error. 
unbelievably bad look. Bought EA play for the early access and still don't get early access. EA is cooked
