Fc26

Hellou yesterday i was playing normally fut champs for some reason it disconnected me from the playstion network i tried everything nothing was working so i deleted my profile in ps5 a it reset but now i have everygame i purchase but i dont have fc26 i can only play ea trial but i paid for normal version of f26 in august what can i do ?
