Ea Connectivity Problem From Bangladesh

Until now fc 26 had no problem, but today i cannot connect at all, My Fc 25 connects from another account easily, But for fc 26 i cannot connect at all. Later when i tried Vpn , then it gets Connection but Ping is more than 270 - 280. EA Tecnical Advisor or anyone please help me.
