Festive Fixtures Weekend Challenge - No progress

I joined and played the Festive fixtures Weekend Challenge in EA FC Mobile. The Weekend Challenge shows Entry Limit 1/1 and cannot be entered again. However, the Weekly Quest “Join a Weekend Challenge” is stuck at 0/1 and did not complete. Because of this bug, I did not receive the Festive Fixtures 20 Shard reward
