I have purchased 2.800 fifa points money was taken but I have not received the points , what should I do I do

They suggested buying FC points through PSN and when I didn’t get the points they said we can’t do anything wait 24 hours, but that’s not the issue, the issue is my store is broken

  I did purchase them through PSN after I was told to do so by support, never got the points in my account.

    SirMcGarbage, make sure to check your transaction history on your PlayStation account to see if the order went through and all. If it has and the points still don't show up, get back in touch with EA support for more help.
