EA FC26 Missing Premium Pass Reward
Earlier today I claimed my premium season pass rewards, including the Oliver Kahn item. When I tried to add him to my team later on, the card was gone and I can't find it anywhere in my club.
I also checked my recently discarded items in the web app to make sure I didn't accidentally discard him.
Is there anything I can do to find the card/get it back?
Hey Baith0vn. If you’re sure the item wasn’t used in any SBC or quick sold, I’d recommend contacting the support team so they can review your account and check what happened. Please also make sure to check your items both in-game and in the Web App.
