EA FC26 Missing Premium Pass Reward

Earlier today I claimed my premium season pass rewards, including the Oliver Kahn item. When I tried to add him to my team later on, the card was gone and I can't find it anywhere in my club.

I also checked my recently discarded items in the web app to make sure I didn't accidentally discard him.

Is there anything I can do to find the card/get it back?
