I have purchased 2.800 fifa points money was taken but I have not received the points , what should I do I do

Community ManagerSirMcGarbage, so you didn't buy the points through the PSN store? Where did you purchase them?
I did purchase them through PSN after I was told to do so by support, never got the points in my account.

SirMcGarbage, make sure to check your transaction history on your PlayStation account to see if the order went through and all. If it has and the points still don't show up, get back in touch with EA support for more help.
