FIFA POINTS NOT SHOWING IN ULTIMATE TEAM

So basicly i bought fifa a few days ago and went to instant gamint to get some fifapoints. I recived 2 codes and i reedemed them iin the EA app it said that the codes worked and that evenything was fine. Then i entered the game and they were nowhere to be seen. So i just wanted to ask if its a bug o i just got scammed by EA hahahahah

Hey Huge,

I have a few questions, just in case this gets us to the root of the problem:

What platform do you usually play on?

Could you double check that the points you bought were for the right game? (So for example if you play on FC 26, can you double check that you actually bought FC 26 points and not FC 25 for example?)
