Unable to Connect on PS5

Hello,

I am recieving an issue where I cannot log into Ultimate Team on PS5.  Am stuck on the home screen.  Performed all the trouble shooting steps

• Network/Console restart
• Cleared Cache
• Reinstalled game
• Restored License
• Performed updates

Able to log in on companion and webapp but not on console

Please advise on next steps to get up and running
