Fix Anticheat fast

Good afternoon, I'm playing on my PC (on steam) and when I log in, anywhere, after 2-3 minutes the game completely freezes and I have to turn it off with the computer button.

I have the image and everything, but it won't let me do anything! Doesn´t show any error or message it just freeze.

I'll send the dxdiag file attached!

Please solve the problem because I can't use the product I purchased.

What I've already done to try to solve the problem:

Verify the integrity of the installed files

Reinstall and update the anti-cheat and run the game as an administrator

Update graphics drivers and Windows

Clear cache

Reinstall the game and Steam

Run Steam and the game as an administrator

Allow ea anticheat on firewall

Nothing solved the problem.

I also don't have the EA FC points from the Ultimate version and the pre order icon pack, but that's a problem to solve later. First, I want to play the game I paid for.

Hope you fix this fast. Thank you.

  • I have the fix for you sir.....

First navigate to the steam skate folder and delete preloader_l.dll, eaanticheat.dll and the eaanticheat.exe, you might need to kill the ea background service task in the task manager to delete preloader.dll.

Now head to C:\program files\EA\AC and delete all files inside of AC.

Now go to steam verify files of skate.

Now head back to the skate folder and all three of those files you deleted should be back the preloader_l.dll, eaanticheat.dll and the eaanticheat.exe, this time mark all of them as read only.

If for some dumb reason that still is an issue then mark the eaanticheat.exe and the skate.exe files with run as administrator and disabled fullscreen optimization.

That certainly is going to fix it, and you are welcomed. Enjoy.
