FIX YOUR INGAME TEAM-MANAGEMENT!

Please, dear EA FC Team,

thell me and tell us, why we aren't allowed to change players mid game, in our team-management? IN every single mode, I already got that problem more than a triple A Game-dev team, should let it happen. Online and offline, I am very often not allowed to go into my team-management, its not even that I cant put my players in my Team, I can't even go in the management AT ALL.
