Flow State Evolution does not apear in UT

The FLOW STATE Evolution is missing from my ultimate team.
My game i fully updated, but the evolution does not apear.
please investigate this issue. Thank you

    they made a mistake with the requirements so wtss cards fitted into the evo. They removed it and is hasn't came back yet
