FPS drops in menu with new graphics card

Hi so basically i have Ryzen 5 9600X and i had rtx 3060, after 2 hours setting up the game and nvidia panel for the game i was able to play on my 2k monitor with locked 120fps and had to change monitor hz to 120 to get it smooth.

Now i bought rtx 5070 and i wanted to play on 165hz so i locked it on 165fps bare in mind for both situations i had to turn on vsync in nvidia, otherwise its sttutering af. 


But my problem now is that with rtx 5070 the menu is horrific its dropping from 165 to even 9fps and when im opening packs its the same. What is the fix here or are ea just incompetent to optimalize their game worth 100usd?
