Error EA connect - cannot receive invitations

Hi!

When I log into EA Connect and go to the “Group” tab, I get the message shown in the attached file. Because of this, I’m not receiving invitations, and when I send them myself, the other player can see that they received an invite, but my user ID does not appear and they are unable to accept it.

This prevents me from using certain online game modes that require invitations in order to play with friends.

I already tried contacting an EA advisor directly, but after attempting to fix it, they were unable to help me. They recommended that I post about the issue on the forum in case someone from your team might be able to assist me.

Is there any solution for this issue?

    Hello RestosDFranc0​ ,

    If EA connect isn't working correctly for you, you can try to reinstall the game. It fixes it for some players.

    If the issue persist, could you share what platform you are playing on ?
