FPS DROP/STUTTERING

I'm facing serious issues with the game that makes it unplayable. It started with fps drops in many parts of the game (starting menu/in-match online and offline) generally whenever there are some cutscenes. Tried many options in nvidia app in which the game can't be optimized as well as nvidia control panel and in-game settings as well. Bought the game a week ago from the ea store and spent most of the time facing this issue. If anyone has the same issue please reach out. This is becoming a burden more than an investment.
