Fut champs game not counting after winning the game

I have just completed a fut champs game and won 8-3 and once the final whistle had blown and the animations were over I had received a notification saying “The EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later.” Once I had proceeded from that notification I was then kicked from ultimate team onto the main menu. Once I had loaded back onto ultimate team I had received a “DNF warning” and the game was counted as a loss. This had affected my ultimate team progression as it had held me back from SP, better rewards from fut champs, and held me back from completing an objective towards the Rio Ngumoha card. Please could I receive a form of compensation EA. Thank you
