FUT champs win that is now a loss

I have just played a full game against my opponent in which I beat him 3-2. The whistle blew for full time but it came up saying “EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment”. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me with FC26 but it is costing me better rewards. Please help me and the community with this issue as I have seen a lot of people in this situation that can do with the wins.
