If you purchased the game from an unauthorised reseller than you will need to speak with their support for any issues.

Dear EA_Darko millions of users are buying EA keys from source that are trustable such as Eneba, Instant Gaming etc.
Those source are providing support that is definitely better than the one provided by EA.
It is EA responsibility to verify the codes upfront, it is not acceptable that we, the customers, pay for a game license and the game is completely removed from our library after a successful reedem in EA Official App.
This is a very poor management and I hope EA will NOT ONLY solve the issue with the keys by re-enabling it to all the users, but also sent apology message to all the impacted users with some kind of reward.
If not, I will definitely never spend again 1 euro in EA Games and definitely I'll stop investing in stocks of a company with such a bad behaviour. This is really UNACCEPTABLE.
Community ManagerSorry to say asfitness but those are not trusted sites. They are grey market sites that often have stolen or fake Keys for sale and when it is discovered these codes are revoked.
