Game becomes unplayable randomly

My game drops to 9 fps when I enter any online game mode, ultimate team, seasons etc, even in squad battles sometimes the match starts at 9 fps I can't even complete a single pass, sometimes the first half is on 60 fps but when half time pause comes the game drops to 9 fps until the match is over. we purchased ultimate edition for a reason now I already missed 2 days without even being able to play squad battles, and of course on rivals the controller goes wild it either stops responding or does random things, we need a quick fix
