Hey there. Sorry to hear about your frustration with the crashing. I'll try to help. Can you get me a DxDiag report? Just attach it to a response. You can find instructions for gathering it in this article. Thanks!

Thanks. Appreciate you gathering the DxDiag.
Are you using any of the following?
- MSI Afterburner
- NitroSense Turbo mode
- undervolt
- custom voltage curve
It looks like you're using hybrid graphics. Try going to the Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > FC26.exe. Set this to use High Performance Nvidia Processor. Then, go to Windows Settings > System> Display > Graphics > FC26.exe > Options and set this to High Performance.Your Nvidia driver is very new. Try rolling back 1 or 2 versions.
Disable the following:
- MSI Afterborner
- RTSS
- Overlays from Discord, GeForce, Steam and SteelSeries GG
Cap the FPS to 60. Also, turn V-Sync onIf you're still crashing, get me a crash dump from Documents\EA SPORTS FC 26\CrashDumps. If you are seeing anything in the Event Viewer, let me know that as well and we'll keep troubleshooting this. Thanks!

No, I am not using MSI Afterburner, NitroSense Turbo mode, undervolting, or any custom voltage curves. I run my laptop on default settings and let the system handle performance automatically.
The high-performance Nvidia GPU is already set and being used for FC26.exe in both the Nvidia Control Panel and Windows Graphics settings.
As for the crash dump, the path you provided does not exist. There is no "CrashDumps" folder inside Documents\EA SPORTS FC 26\.
Even if there were, I am not getting an actual game error pop-up or a Windows crash dialog when this happens. The game just instantly vanishes and drops me back to the desktop.
I managed to play for an hour yesterday without a crash, but the issue is completely random. It didn't happen yesterday but might happen today.

Any updates??? Was doing some objectives today and the exact same thing happened again circa min. 65 or so.
Just like before: zero warning, zero error code, just an instantaneous crash straight back to my desktop screen
