Game crashes after attempting to log on to Oniline Services.

Have 100+ hours in the game and as of the update in late May, I can no longer play the full game as the game crashes with no error message as soon as I attempt to log on to the online services. I can play offline just fine but as friends are starting to pick up the game, I don't want to only play singleplayer, offline modes. When I chatted with EA support, I attempted all of their fixes and none of them worked, only to be told that the update changed the instruction protocol in the game for connecting to online services and that my computer's processor can't complete the instructions and thus causes the game to crash. I attempted the "temporary fixes" that supposedly would allow me to play but none of them worked after being assured "no need to worry, these steps will work". Hoping to inform others of this possible issue and try to get updates on it from EA as support closed my ticket without a fix, saying they are working on the server issues. attached dxdiag for more info.

The temporary fixes included clear FC26 profile cache, reinstalling ea anticheat, disabling third party antivirus/firewalls, verifying game files, repairing Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables, and force a clean account handshake. I also attempted uninstall/reinstall the game, various internet connection fixes, clean boot, running various programs as admin, basically all of the typical recommended fixes.
