Game crashing during pre match intro

I have seen this bug widely reported online now, and still waiting for this to be sorted out. The game is crashing every time I watch the pre match intro, I will note that I am in season 4 of my save, this started to happen to me in January season 3 and is a continuous thing that happens during every intro. I have seen across forums online this is also affecting many other players across all platforms, and strangely enough happened to them at the same save point. This is a big part of the immersive experience for a career mode player and is seriously affecting the experience of career mode, and after all the problems I experienced in FC 25 I would like this to be sorted as soon as possible because I and many others are finding the experience of career is being constantly ruined by bugs and crashes, which baffles me how this happens as much as it has the last 2 years. I will also note it is after the most recent title update I had started experiencing this.
