GAME CRASHING WHEN I GET INTO A MATCH

When i get into any match ( Ultimate Team, Carreer, Kick Off, ANY) i play around 5-15 minutes even 2 minutes or later and then i get crashed without any error message and i cannot play. I bought EA P...

Has anybody got a solution to this? Do EA even know it’s a problem not even acknowledging it..
