Game crashing

I can’t play a game because it’s always crashing. I play on Xbox séries X

I buy the game in october. And I can’t till today play a single game without crashing. Please fix the crashes, because i really like the game… do something.

Rivals crash
Literally can't play a game of rivals, each time I load into a game, it says connection error and returns me to main screen. WiFi connection is fine as I can play gauntlet, rush etc just no rivals.
