Hello. If you're crashing to the desktop and not disconnecting, try the following:
- Clear local saved games with the instructions here.
Something else to try is clearing locally saved data:
- Hit the Guide button on your controller
- Highlight the FC 26 icon
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it
- Choose Manage game & add ons
- Go to Saved data
- Delete the file with your gamertag on it
If you are still crashing and the game is installed on an expansion card, try moving it to the internal hard drive.
Unfortunately, there are some that have not been able to resolve this issue. It's something a relatively small number of consoles are experiencing, but we haven't found why that's occurring so there is no fix for it at this time.
