Game Drops / Lag Only in Ultimate Team Matches (RX570 + Ryzen5 2600)

Hello EA Support,

My game (EA SPORTS FC 26) has been experiencing severe lag and stuttering **only in Ultimate Team matches**, especially during player movement and camera rotation. This problem started recently (last 2 days) and persists despite multiple attempts to fix it.

I have already tried:
- Reinstalling the game completely
- Formatting Windows
- Replacing thermal paste on CPU/GPU
- Deleting and recreating config files
- Updating GPU drivers
- Closing all background applications

**System Specs:**
- GPU: AMD RX 570 4GB
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
- RAM: 16GB
- OS: Windows 10
- Monitor: 165 Hz

**Observations:**
- Lag only occurs in Ultimate Team matches
- Game runs fine in other modes
- FPS drops and micro-stuttering occur when players move or camera rotates
- Config files do not exist in Documents folder (EA App manages them via cloud)
- Game runs with default settings after reinstall, still lag persists

Please advise if this is a **known server/account/Ultimate Team bug** and if there is a solution. I would like a step-by-step fix.
