Same problem. How to fix this?
I have done everything, uninstalled/reinstalled several times, cleared cache several times, rebuilt database several times, reinstalled the licence several times, plus other so called fixes, this is an EA problem that is not allowing paying customers to enjoy the game they have paid for.
