Game issue

When i go onto FC26 it will load like normal but when i get to the part of when its trying to connect to the Internet it has no problem in doing it but the game will automatically go back to my normal background screen of my xbox. However I have restarted my console tonight and its been fine but then after three games of fifa it crashed and took me back to the home screen of my xbox and is now doing the same thing. 

If anyone has any advice that would be good, im going to try to update my console to see if that would help
