Game keeps crashing on Xbox Series X

I've had the game since before launch and it keeps randomly crashing. 

This can happen during online matches or squad battles or even just from the menus.

It causes the Xbox to completely crash. 

This does not happen with any other game or application and I've tried everything I can think of to stop it.

To make it even more infuriating I get the warning about disconnecting message when I log back in. It's prevented me getting Elite 1 on several occasions in squad battles and made me lose numerous online games when winning (frustrating because I don't win that often!)

Username is Mitchwales - what can be done about this please?
