substitutions problem

This issue has become unbearable. I’m unable to open the substitutions menu during important FUT Champions and Rivals matches on PC, which has directly caused me to lose many games. The problem has existed since FC 25 and is still happening in FC 26 with no proper fix.

In some matches, pressing pause and trying to access substitutions or team management simply does nothing. I can’t make changes to my squad, and in competitive modes this completely ruins matches.

This is not a small bug — it affects gameplay, results, and competitive integrity. Losing games because the substitution menu breaks is unacceptable.

I need to know if there is any official fix, workaround, or upcoming update planned to solve this issue on PC. Please address this properly.
