Game refuses to boot just keeps trying to launch then stops

I've had the activation pop up and then signed in the game started to boot then closed and haven't had the activation pop up since but the game still refuses to launch. I'm and EA play pro subscriber and had it pre loaded, I've since tried repairing the game still no success
