Game release not fit for purpose

Anyone else feel like a refund should be issued . I’ve played this game forever and this is By far  the worst , not the game play I actually like the game play …the bugs and connectivity issues are really bad and make the game unplayable , I can see thousands reporting the same issue across multiple forums , yet EA are still not taking responsibility (they are  happy to take your money ).
